These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via this website. By placing an order you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
1.1. You are at least 18 years old and are able to provide proof of age upon request.
1.2. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.3. When you create your account and place an order through our site, you will be providing us with your own personal information. We will use only this information to process your order and deliver the products ordered.
1.4. The given information is accurate and if you should provide us with wrong information which may cause any issue related to your order, you will be held responsible.
1.5. The information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
2. Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products as advertised by us.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product(s) has/have been processed (the “Processing Status”). The contract between you and us is only formed when we send you the Processing Confirmation. You can also check the status of your order by visiting “Order History” in your account.
2.1. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. Orders are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, including where:
2.1.1. Orders cannot be processed due to an error in the information you have provided to us.
2.1.2. There is an error on our site relating to the products that you have ordered, for example, an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on our site.
2.1.3. The products that you have ordered are no longer available through our site.
2.2. After we receive your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same product.
2.3. We will, unless we suspect that your order was placed for fraudulent purposes, send you an email if we are unable to accept your order, informing you of the reason.
2.4. We will send you an email when we process all, or if earlier the first part, of the product covered by your order to confirm that your order has been accepted by us.
2.5. We reserve the right to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time for legal, regulatory or security reasons. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
2.6. If we should change these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Terms and Conditions at the Date and time of you placing your order.
2.7. If any part of the Conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Conditions and the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Belgium law applies to these Conditions and any dispute relating to the Conditions shall be settled by the Belgium courts.
2.8. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected by us in error, please “contact us”
3. Pricing Errors
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If we discover an error in the price of products(s) already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price. You will also have the option to cancel your order if such a case occurs. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Order Limits
Our merchandise is offered for your personal use and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.
5. Order Cancellation
You may change your mind and cancel your order before we ship it to you. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund:
a. the full purchase price
b. any delivery costs that may have been charged to you
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been dispatched. To make changes to your order, please “contact” us.
You can no longer cancel your order once it has already been dispatched. In this case, you must contact us at "email@example.com" to request the refund and return of the product(s) no later than 7 days. Please return the products in their original state and in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning items to us) and you are responsible for these items until we receive them. We will start the refunding process once we have received your parcel and verify that all items are in good condition (see also Product Return). If you fail to return the items to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you.
Important: Please note that your costumed orders which have to be placed with the manufacturer are neither cancelable nor refundable.
6. Damaged or Faulty Products and Incorrect Orders
You may exchange your product(s) or obtain a full refund if the product(s) in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the product(s) you have received is not the product(s) you originally ordered. The returned items will be tested to investigate the problem. If the product is damaged due to faulty installation, we cannot issue a refund for those items. If the product is faulty due to a production error, the below procedure will be applied.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund:
a. Full Purchase Price.
b. Delivery Charges (the cost for initial delivery to you).
c. Return Charges (the cost for returning product(s) to us) provided you send us the receipt.
When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will:
a. Dispatch replacement items to you free of charge.
b. Refund return charges (the cost for returning product(s) to us) upon receiving damaged ordered items.
The product(s) must be stored in appropriate conditions. If you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result.
Any claim in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us within seven days of the reception date at "firstname.lastname@example.org".
If you do not notify us in accordance with the above conditions, we can not be held liable for any defects and no refund can be issued.
7. Product Availability
We will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on our site, for example, information about prices, description or the availability of products and we may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. We will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after we have accepted an order to supply the product to you.

You can track the progress of your order by logging into your “Account”.
9. International Shipping
If your delivery address is not within Europe, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
10.1. In the case of some products, we might not be able to ship the product to all countries. You will be informed of any territorial restrictions before you can purchase the product.
10.2. Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. Any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries will be paid by you.
10.3. Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although we aim to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, we cannot promise that they are accurate.
10.4. We reserve the right to deliver the ordered products in separate shipments.
10.5. The Product that we deliver to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that we have received full payment for the product. As soon as we have delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.
10.6. If for any reason the parcel returns back to us due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for the additional charges to resend the parcel.
11. Prices and payment
11.1. The product price is always the price indicated in the web store when you place your order. The price includes VAT.
11.2. Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the online shop. Online payment methods are provided by Mollie

All credit and charge cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
